    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped shallot
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground pepper

How to Make Balsamic Vinaigrette


  1. Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
