This sauce is absolutely wonderful on steamed broccoli. You won't miss traditional hollandaise. You may want to double this recipe.

Ingredients For awesome "mock" hollandaise sauce

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard

How To Make awesome "mock" hollandaise sauce

    Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium until cream cheese melts and ingredients are well mixed.

    Turn burner to low to keep warm. Serve over steamed broccoli.
