I love the Kraft Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing but where I live I cannot buy it. As they say, necessity is the mother of invention. I loved this! I save an old salad dressing bottle and make four times the recipe to fill that bottle and just refrigerate it and use it whenever. I hope you love it as much as I do. By the way, according to this recipe a one tablespoon serving has only 8 calories!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, white or apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - stevia/splenda to taste

How To Make amazing asian sesame seed dressing light

  • Step 1
Toast sesame seeds if you bought them raw. Meanwhile peel the ginger root.
  • Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a blender or nutribullet type thing and blend away until the seeds are mostly broken down. Taste and add water if the flavor is too concentrated, stevia if it is too bitter. I used about 1/2 packet per recipe.
