Ingredients

  • AUTHENTIC BUFFALO WING SAUCE
  • 1 cup frank's hot sauce or louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar [optional - use for a "sweeter" sauce]
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper [optional - use for a "hotter" sauce]
  • SIMPLE SWEET & SOUR SAUCE
  • 1/3 cup rice wine, white wine or cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar or karo syrup
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup or tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or horseradish paste [optional - to taste]
  • SIMPLE HONEY MUSTARD DIP & DRESSING
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons your favorite honey
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons prepared mustard [smooth dijon is preferred]
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine, white wine or cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise [optional - if making a dressing]
  • SIMPLE NO-COOK BBQ SAUCE
  • 1 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, karo syrup or light molasses
  • 1/2 cup white wine or cider vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce or your favorite steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons dijon or prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black or white pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild or hot [to taste]
  • 1 teaspoon garlic or onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • SIMPLE & QUICK "FRENCH" ONION DIP
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream, greek or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dried minced onion
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons minced chives or green onions
  • 3 to 4 - beef bouillon cubes, crushed into powder or 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered beef base
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black or white pepper, ground

  • Step 1
    Mix, dissolve and combine completely all ingredients. Adjust seasonings to personal taste. Chill if necessary for at least one half hour [this does NOT apply to the Buffalo Wing Sauce!]. Enjoy! Phew!
