007 Balsamic Vinaigrette

We love balsamic vinaigrette but until we took James Bond's advice on how he prefers his martinis the dressing just didn't pop with flavor -- now it does! Shaken but not stirred, or wisked!
Ingredients

1/2 cextra virgin olive oil

3/4 cbalsamic vinegar

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
10 dash(es)hot sauce (to taste)

1 tspdill, dried
How to Make 007 Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker container – shake until blended and chill. Shake again before serving. (Yes, just like 007 it is better shaken not stirred!)
- This makes a bunch of dressing that we refrigerate and have on hand all the time. You can cut the recipe in half and still have enough for a couple of salads.
