We love balsamic vinaigrette but until we took James Bond's advice on how he prefers his martinis the dressing just didn't pop with flavor -- now it does! Shaken but not stirred, or wisked!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 10 dash(es)
    hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp
    dill, dried

How to Make 007 Balsamic Vinaigrette

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker container – shake until blended and chill. Shake again before serving. (Yes, just like 007 it is better shaken not stirred!)
  2. This makes a bunch of dressing that we refrigerate and have on hand all the time. You can cut the recipe in half and still have enough for a couple of salads.
