zippy radish dip
This dip/spread really DOES taste great! BUT - after you chop the radishes be sure to drain them well, because the dip becomes VERY watery if you don't drain them. This is zippy with a peppery taste; different than the usual dip. Very low-salt, but you won't miss it!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - dash of celery salt
- - dash of garlic powder
- 3/4 cup finely chopped radishes - drain very well, and pat dry with paper towels
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion, both white and green part

Step 1Blend butter with mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix in radishes and onions. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with crackers or plain chips.
