vegan french onion dip
Another recipe made from Thin Kitchen (Beachbody) cookbook for my husband's exercise and diet program he is on. I love, love, love french onion dip and have never made my own, so when I saw this recipe I just had to try it. For a low-fat healthy version of this dip it has WOW factor to it! Gotta love your onions! Along with the seasonings added in I hardly noticed the low-fat sour cream.
