- 1 cup extra-thick plain greek yogurt
- 4 - garlic clove
- 1/2 - lemon; juiced
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped mint
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber without seeds

How To Make tzatziki sauce

Step 1Place whole, un-peeled garlic gloves in a small, un-oiled skillet over medium low heat and cook for about two minutes per side - until lightly browned. Peel and chop finely.
