    14 oz can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced grren onion
  • 1/2 c
    refrigerated fresh salsa
  • 1/2 c
    chopped fresh cilatno
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano

How to Make Texas Caviar


  1. Combine all ingredients in a med bowl, stir until well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
