Taco Dip

Ingredients

2 pkgphiladelphia cream cheese

1 oz16oz breakstone or daisy reduced fat sour cream

2 pkgold el paso taco seasoning (your choice)

1 pkgfinely shredded cheddar/monterey jack cheese

1 csalsa, chunky (mild or hot/your preferrence)

4 cshredded lettuce
-
2 pkgtortilla chips (i use lime tostitos, they're awesome!)
How to Make Taco Dip
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature (app. 30 min.)
Cream with blender till smooth. Add taco seasonings and mix till blended. Add sour cream and blend till just combined. - Spread mixture into 13" X 9" glass pan. Cover with finely shredded cheese. Pour salsa over top of mixture and cover. Refriderate for at least one hour.
- To serve, cover with shredded lettuce and serve immediately with your choice of tortilla chips.
