I had a package of sun-dried tomatoes I needed to use, so this is what I made with them. I hope you enjoy it. Great with crackers or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    softened, cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp
    accent
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
    chopped, sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil paste or fresh chopped basil
  • 2 - 3 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt
    & pepper to taste

How to Make ~ Sun Dried Tomato, Bacon & Herb Dip ~

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add mayonnaise and sour cream. Thoroughly combine. Mix in all other ingredients and thoroughly combine. Cover and chill for at least an hour, the longer the better.
