THIS IS THE ONE U WANT!! I MAKE IT ALL THE TIME N IT ALWAYS GETS DEVOURED....THIS TIME FINISHED DISH WAS GONE B4 A PIX COULD B TAKEN :( .... (NEXT TIME I MAKE IT I WILL FIX THIS DELICIOUS PROBLEM OR U CAN MAKE IT N C FOR URSELF) :).........REVISED PIX TIME TO DIG IN!

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen chpd spinach, defrosted (10 oz)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, draind n roughly chpd (in water not marinated)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (reg or lite)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese ( use more or less to ur liking)

How To Make spinach n artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    SQUEEZE DRY DEFROSTED SPINACH N PUT IN MED SIZE BOWL THEN MIX IN PARMESEAN CHEESE, MAYO N SOUR CREAM.
  • Step 2
    GENTLY STIR CHPD ARTICHOKES INTO SPINACH MIXTURE.
  • Step 3
    SPOON MIXTURE INTO A PIE PLATE OR CASSEROLE DISH N TOP WITH MONTEREY JACK CHEESE. (AT THIS POINT DIP CAN B MADE EARLY N REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO COOK) MICROWAVE FOR 5 MINUTES ALSO CAN B BAKED IN 350 OVEN FOR 25-30 MIN......ENJOY :)
  • Step 4
    CAN B SERVED WITH PITA CHIPS, TORTILLA CHIPS, CORN CHIPS, VEGETABLES....OR A SPOON!
