    red wine vinegar
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh mint, minced
  • 1 c
    sour cream, fat-free

    pepper to taste

How to Make Spinach Dip


  1. defrost and drain spinach, press out all the water until spinach is very dry. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
