- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, light
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon lime peel, grated
- 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk room temp.
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter room temp.
