Ingredients

  • 15 ounces can of black eyed peas, drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounces can of black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 15 ounces can whole or bi-colored corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 14 ounces can diced tomatoes, drained - reserve liquid to add if desired
  • 1 cup ital. style salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 ounces can diced jalapeno peppers or substitue green chiles

How To Make spicy bean salsa

  • Step 1
    In a medium boel combine black eyed peas, black beans, corn, onion, green bell pepper, jalapenos and tomatoes.
  • Step 2
    Season with Ital. dressing and garlic salt. Add a pinch of salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate overnight to meld flavors together.
