toasted sesame seeds

poppy seeds
2 Tbsp
toasted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
crushed red pepper flakes

low sodium soy sauce
8 oz
greek low fat yogurt

VEGETABLE PLATTER

How to Make SHANGHAI DIP (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Whisk all ingredients briskly until well blended.

    Store in fridge at least one hour before serving to meld flavors.

    Will keep several days if kept refrigerated
  • 2Serve with vegetable platter. You may add or subtract any vegetable of your choosing.
