Use with raw vegetable sticks for a filling snack without a lot of calories. Keep on hand in fridge for those moments when you just have to have a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 8 ounces greek low fat yogurt
  • VEGETABLE PLATTER
  • 4 - carrots, cut into sticks
  • 4 - celery stalks, cut into 3" sticks
  • 2 - zucchini, cut into quarters and 3" sticks
  • 1 - red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 - green bell pepper, cut into strips

How To Make shanghai dip (sallye)

  • Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients briskly until well blended. Store in fridge at least one hour before serving to meld flavors. Will keep several days if kept refrigerated
  • Step 2
    Serve with vegetable platter. You may add or subtract any vegetable of your choosing.
