Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 8 ounces greek low fat yogurt
- VEGETABLE PLATTER
- 4 - carrots, cut into sticks
- 4 - celery stalks, cut into 3" sticks
- 2 - zucchini, cut into quarters and 3" sticks
- 1 - red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 - green bell pepper, cut into strips
How To Make shanghai dip (sallye)

Step 1Whisk all ingredients briskly until well blended. Store in fridge at least one hour before serving to meld flavors. Will keep several days if kept refrigerated

Step 2Serve with vegetable platter. You may add or subtract any vegetable of your choosing.
