Seven-Layer Bean Dip

Paul Burrows

This Christmas was the first time I prepared this dip. Everyone (adults and kids) loved it. I will make it again for my Super Bowl party.

How to Make Seven-Layer Bean Dip

  • 1In medium bowl, mix refried beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread mixture on large platter.
  • 2In another medium bowl, mix cream cheese and chiles. Carefully spread over bean mixture. (I softened cream cheese in microwave enough to spread easily).
  • 3Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, and tomato. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips. (You can also use zucchini slices).
