  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 box small lemon jello
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1/2 cup water

  • Step 1
    YOU CAN REMOVE BONES FROM SALMON IF YOU DESIRE, I LEAVE THEM IN AND CRUNCH THEM UP A LITTLE..WITH A FORK.
  • Step 2
    BRING WATER TO A BOIL, ADD LEMON JELLO, STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED, TURN DOWN HEAT ADD CREAM CHEESE CUBES, AND TOMATO SOUP, HEAT AND STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
  • Step 3
    REMOVE FROM HEAT LET COOL, WHIP MAYONNAISE INTO COOLED MIXTURE, AND STIR IN SALMON, ONION, AND CELERY, CAN PLACE IN MOLD, OR I JUST PUT MINE IN A BOWL..
  • Step 4
    REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT OR UNTIL SET..SERVE WITH CRACKERS...ENJOY...YUMMY!! OH, IF YOU WANT SOME ZIP IN THIS DIP..DROP SOME TABASCO IN TO TASTE...
