    15 oz.each of chick peas
  • 1/2 c
    or more as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2
    of a lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp
    rough chopped parsley
  • 3 or 4
    peeled, roasted red peppers
  • 2 clove
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 tsp
    dark asian sesame oil
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cummin
  • ·
    about 12 grinds of black pepper
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Dip


  1. Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse till it is all smooth. You may have to open it and scrape the sides every so often.
