Ingredients
- 2 cans 15 oz.each of chick peas
- 1/2 cup or more as needed extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 - of a lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons rough chopped parsley
- 3 or 4 - peeled, roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasalt
- 3/4 teaspoon dark asian sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cummin
- - about 12 grinds of black pepper
- 1/4 cup water

Step 1Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse till it is all smooth. You may have to open it and scrape the sides every so often.
