A co-worker made this, and I had to pull myself away from the holiday goody table at work! So easy and so good. Just made a batch for our New Year's Eve Party - can't wait to serve it tomorrow.

Ingredients

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
2 - green onions, cleaned & chopped
4-6 ounces shredded colby-jack cheese
1 package dry ranch dip mix

How To Make ranch pretzel dip

Step 1

Be sure cream cheese is softened. Combine all ingredients together. Chill overnight. Serve with pretzels (or carrots, etc.).

Step 2

I used the lower fat (NOT fat free) cream cheese and this was great. Could use more green onions, depending on taste.
