Nanny Pruitt made the best pimento cheese spread on the planet. I've been so hungry for it that I called mom (witch 123 Billie Blair) for the recipe. It's so easy! Nanny didn't put the mustard in hers, but I think it adds a little kick. You have to let it rest in the refrigerator overnight before eating. It's so creamy and yummy and is a good dip for celery sticks.

Ingredients
- 1 can 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 8 ounces pimentos, minced
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
How To Make pimento cheese spread

Step 1Heat evaporated milk to hot but not boiling.

Step 2Mix in cheese until melted slightly. Add pimentos and mustard. Mix well and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
