Nanny Pruitt made the best pimento cheese spread on the planet. I've been so hungry for it that I called mom (witch 123 Billie Blair) for the recipe. It's so easy! Nanny didn't put the mustard in hers, but I think it adds a little kick. You have to let it rest in the refrigerator overnight before eating. It's so creamy and yummy and is a good dip for celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces pimentos, minced
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard

How To Make pimento cheese spread

  • Step 1
    Heat evaporated milk to hot but not boiling.
  • Step 2
    Mix in cheese until melted slightly. Add pimentos and mustard. Mix well and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
