peach and banana smoothie fruit dip
I was working on a recipe and had some ingredients left over and wanted to use them up before they discolored. I had some apples and I thought I would make up a dip for fruit. Easy and tasty, this dip will help you get the kids to eat their fruit. I borrowed this pic because we ate all the dip before I got a picture of it. LOLOL

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 medium peach, ripe and peeled
- 1/2 medium banana, ripe
- 2 to3 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons orange juice, frozen concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make peach and banana smoothie fruit dip
-
Step 1In a medium mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave 10 seconds on high.
-
Step 2Cut up the peach and banana into small chunks (3/4") and place in bowl with cream cheese. Mash well into a semi-smooth consistency with no big lumps.
-
Step 3Add all other ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve at room temperature with fruit. Can use apple, melon, peaches, grapes, strawberries, bananas, orange slices or any other fruit. This dip will set up slightly in the fridge, so you will need to let it warm to room temp a few minutes before serving.
