Parsley Hummus Dip

This is an easy compliment to the summer table. I usually make a double or triple recipe because it goes so quickly.
You can keep this as a dip or a family favorite is to smother grilled chicken.
I have also used with homemade pretzels as a condiment...I believe it's better than a spicy mustard. :)D.

Ingredients

15 ozcan of garbanzo beans

1/4 cwater

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 clovegarlic

1/2 cfresh parsley
How to Make Parsley Hummus Dip
- Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender except parsley. Blend until smooth.
- Add parsley, pulse until smooth. Serve in bowl with warmed pita bread and/or cut vegetables.
