Why does BBQ season have to be only hot dogs and hamburgers?
This is an easy compliment to the summer table. I usually make a double or triple recipe because it goes so quickly.
You can keep this as a dip or a family favorite is to smother grilled chicken.
I have also used with homemade pretzels as a condiment...I believe it's better than a spicy mustard. :)D.

can of garbanzo beans
1/4 c
1 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 clove
1/2 c
fresh parsley

How to Make Parsley Hummus Dip


  • 1Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
  • 2Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender except parsley. Blend until smooth.
  • 3Add parsley, pulse until smooth. Serve in bowl with warmed pita bread and/or cut vegetables.
