Kelli Doughty

Sunday dinner is becoming a tradition with us, and last Sunday we decided to make Fajitas, the star of the dinner was this concoction of my eldest daughter. The freshness of Pico de Gallo the zip of salsa with enough avocado to make it...AMAZING!

Now as with all my recipes the listed ingredients are "suggested". This is a mild version, you could change up the peppers or leave in the seeds for added kick. I encourage you to try and make it your own.
