Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons caraway seed
- 2 teaspoons dried dill seed
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
How To Make mock boursin cheese

Step 1Mix herbs together and blend into softened cream cheese. Form into a ball, wrap in saran. Keep in the refrigerator.

Step 2Serve it with crackers. Mix it with sour cream for a dip. Add it to a omelet. I put it between 2 hamburger patties...and cook for a sandwich.
