Ingredients
- 1 can mexican style corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
How To Make mexican bean salad

Step 1Chop up fresh cilantro and garlic. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Let sit for a couple of hours. Serve in small dip bowls with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers. Excellent with a nice glass of Pinoir! Yummy!
