Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    8 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    6 oz pkg baby spinach leaves
  • 1
    14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped.
  • 1/2 c
    lite sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    reduced fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground red peppper

How to Make Low-fat spinach and artichoke dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat.
  2. Add cream cheese and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly for 4 min, or until cheese is melted.
  3. Stir in spinach, cook until limp. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies.
