When i first made this, all I could think was WOW! this is yummy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 - 6 oz pkg baby spinach leaves
  • 1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup lite sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red peppper

How To Make low-fat spinach and artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add cream cheese and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly for 4 min, or until cheese is melted.
  • Step 3
    Stir in spinach, cook until limp. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies.
