Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 - 6 oz pkg baby spinach leaves
- 1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped.
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream
- 1/2 cup reduced fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red peppper
How To Make low-fat spinach and artichoke dip

Step 1In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat.

Step 2Add cream cheese and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly for 4 min, or until cheese is melted.

Step 3Stir in spinach, cook until limp. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies.
