Low-fat spinach and artichoke dip

18 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese

1 tspminced garlic

16 oz pkg baby spinach leaves

114 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped.

1/2 clite sour cream

1/2 creduced fat, shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspground red peppper
How to Make Low-fat spinach and artichoke dip
- In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat.
- Add cream cheese and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly for 4 min, or until cheese is melted.
- Stir in spinach, cook until limp. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies.
