This is a recipe from Bobby Deen....So Good and Low Fat if you are a Pimento Cheese lover...A little different, but well worth it...I also love to grill my sandwich with Lite Mayo.

- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons red and green peppers (diced)
- 1-2 tablespoon jalapeno peppers (seeded and diced)
- 1-2 tablespoon chives
How To Make low fat pimento cheese.......

Step 1Add Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Greek Yogurt together. Add red,green,jalapeno pepper's. I just eye ball the right amount, then add chives. Chill for at least 1 hour. ****I grill my Pimento Cheese Sandwich with Lite Mayo ****
