A great low-fat dip.
I don't like cilantro, but you can add 1 tbsp chopped cilantro if you like.

    prepared low-fat guacamole
  • 1/4 c
    fat-free sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro, if using
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 c
    salsa
  • 1 c
    chopped lettuce
  • 1
    can, sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 small
    tomato, chopped
  • 1
    scallion, chopped.

How to Make Low-fat layered nacho dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In bowl, combine guacamole, sour cream, cilantro and chili powder. Spread mix evenly into bottom of glas dish or bowl. Top w/ salsa and lettuce. Garnish w/ olives, tomato and scallions. Serve w/ low-fat, baked tortilla chips.
