A great low-fat dip. I don't like cilantro, but you can add 1 tbsp chopped cilantro if you like. Calories: 80 Fat: 5 grams Carbs: 7 grams

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared low-fat guacamole
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, if using
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 - can, sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 - scallion, chopped.

How To Make low-fat layered nacho dip

  • Step 1
    In bowl, combine guacamole, sour cream, cilantro and chili powder. Spread mix evenly into bottom of glas dish or bowl. Top w/ salsa and lettuce. Garnish w/ olives, tomato and scallions. Serve w/ low-fat, baked tortilla chips.
