I love this dip w/ fresh veggies or wheat crackers. And it's so easy to make. Great for game day. Calories-43.9 per tbsp. Fat- 3.7 grams carbs-1.2 grams.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 14 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.

How To Make low-cal blt dip

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp, drain on paper towels and crumble when cooled.
  • Step 2
    In bowl, mix together sour cream and mayonnaise. mix in 1/2 the crumbled bacon into the sour cream mix. Top w/ lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Top w/ remaining bacon.
