can petite diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 c
sliced or minced green onions
1 tsp
chopped fresh cilantro
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 c
corn chips, finely crushed
2 c
shredded mexican blend cheese

How to Make Chili/Cheese Dip


  • 1Preheat oven to 400^. Lightly spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Combine chili, tomatoes, onions and cilantro in a small bowl; st aside. Spread cream cheese in bottom of baking dish. Top with a layer of chili mixture. Sprinkle top with the corn chips and cheese.Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve.
