Super fresh tasting. Also happens to be Gluten Free, if served with vegetables or GF chips or crackers.

Ingredients For hummus

  • 1/4 c
    parsley (fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp
    tahini
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt, ginger, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika
  • 1 can
    garbanzos drained and washed (15 oz. size can)

How To Make hummus

  • 1
    Pulse in food processor or blender. Serve with toasted pita chips, crackers, corn chips or fresh, crunchy vegetables. Store in the refrigerator (if there is any left!)
