Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parsley (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup orange juice, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, ginger, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika
- 1 can garbanzos drained and washed (15 oz. size can)
How To Make hummus

Step 1Pulse in food processor or blender. Serve with toasted pita chips, crackers, corn chips or fresh, crunchy vegetables. Store in the refrigerator (if there is any left!)
