Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 teaspoons grouind cumin
- 2 15.5 oz cans chickpea drained reserving the liquid from the can
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hummus with garlic and cumin

Step 1Place the olive oil, garlic and cumin in a small saucepan. cook until the garlic has softened about 3 minutes. Do not let it brown. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 2Place the chickpeas in a food processor. Add the tahini, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Start the food processor and drizzle down the tube the garlic, cumin olive oil. Once well incorporated add the reserved liquid from the cans. Use just enough to make it smooth.

Step 3Let sit at room temp for 2 hours. Drizzle more olive oil on top for serving
