hot french onion dip

This is really good dip we like too because its baked and warm.

yield makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package lipton onion soup
  • 1 - container 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 - jar roasted red peppers 7 oz ,drained and chopped
  • 2 cups swiss cheese shredded about 8oz
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

How To Make hot french onion dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 in 1- quart baking dish,combine soup mix ,sour cream,1-3/4 cups swiss cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Step 2
    Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until heated through .Spinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of swiss cheese.
  • Step 3
    Serve, with your favorite dippers or you can serve it with sliced french bread .
