homemade crinkle fries w/ chipotle ketchup
I am always in the mood for some fries, knowing it not good for you. I try not to have them often but sometime you jut have to.. So I just made it a lighter version.. With a little kick.

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, russets
- - cooking spay
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder with parsley
How To Make homemade crinkle fries w/ chipotle ketchup

Step 1Peel, rinsed and towel dry your potatoes. Using crinkle cutter, cut potatoes in matchstick size. Spray your potatoes with the cooking spray lightly just to coat them.

Step 2In a large bowl combine salt, pepper and garlic powder and parsley. Sprinkle the potatoes to taste. Place the potatoes on a cooking sheet top with a cooking rack so that the potatoes cook on both sides. Unless you have a baking stone.. Cook until golden brown about 30 minutes. Or to your desired taste.

Step 3Meanwhile add ketchup and chipotle powder in a small bowl, Add to a nice serving bowl.. Serve immediately.
