Making this tonight to use with the salmon I bought on sale. Will probably grill the salmon on Sunday.

Ingredients

dukes mayonnaise
1/2 c
sour cream
3 to 4 tsp
prepared horseradish
2 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
chives, chopped
1/4 c
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 Tbsp
lemon zest
pinch
kosher or coarse sea salt
pinch
freshly ground black pepper

How to Make HOMEMADE AIOLI (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well blended and smooth.
  • 2Notes:

    1. Use more or less horseradish to suit your taste for hot food

    2. Do not overblend or mayo will begin to separate
  • 3Serve as dipping sauce or spread with any kind of seafood and meat dish.
