Ingredients
- 1 cup dukes mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 to 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
- pinch kosher or coarse sea salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
How To Make homemade aioli (sallye)

Step 1Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well blended and smooth.

Step 2Notes: 1. Use more or less horseradish to suit your taste for hot food 2. Do not overblend or mayo will begin to separate

Step 3Serve as dipping sauce or spread with any kind of seafood and meat dish.
