healthy guacamole

Last spring our daughter joined a gym to get in shape and healthier..even though avocados were on the "eat" list, guacamole was not...this is the recipe I came up with and is now at the gym as the "only" guacamole to eat.

Ingredients
- 4 - avocados pitted, diced and mashed keep seed
- 4 - plum tomatoes small diced
- 1 - shallot small diced
- - lime juice, to taste
- - nature's seasons, to taste
How To Make healthy guacamole

Step 1add all in a medium sized bowl and taste. When taste is achieved, place seed(s) in and cover directly on top of guacamole and refrigerate until service. Remove the seed(s), but keep them to put into any leftovers
