Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz can artichoke hearts, drained.
- 3/4 cup cannelinni beans, drained
- 1/4 cup frozen, chooped spinch, drained, squeezed d dry
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons part-skin ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make healthy artichoke dip

Step 1Place all ingredients in blender and puree until thick and slightly smooth. Spread the dip in a shallow 8" baking dish. Bake until bubbly, about 30 min. Serve w/ pita chips.
