It´s a delicious invention which took place during some of my insomnia nights!!! This non sleeping time was worthy indeed this time!!!

serves dozens of toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 md
    japanese cucumber
  • 1 bunch
    watercress
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1 tsp
    smashed chili peppers
  • 1 c
    light cream cheese
  • 1 c
    natural greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp
    light mayonese
  • 1 c
    chopped dried tomatoes
  • 1 pinch
    salad dressing, oil and vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch
    mustard
  • 1 tsp
    light shoyo sauce
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green olives

How To Make

  • 1
    separate and prepare each ingredient with the grating and chopping.You can replace the watercress for any other green veggie as spinach.
  • 2
    Mix everything in a blend or even manual mixer,but the yogurt,mayonnaise and cream cheese must go gradually in the end,until you have the desired texture and density for your dip.

    It must be smooth and firm enough to be spreaded on toasts,crackers,slices of bread.
