I love foods that are reminiscent of Thai cooking, without the excess heat. This would work on a chicken breast sandwich or as a veggie dip. Thin it a bit to use as a salad dressing or marinade.

Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup cilantro, packed
- 1/2 cup parsley, packed
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 - limes, juice of and zest of one
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup blanched almond slivers (or pistachios)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make green fusion sauce

Step 1In bowl of a food processor, add all ingredients up to nuts. Pulse.

Step 2Add nuts, pulse until almost smooth. Taste - add additional salt and pepper if needed.

Step 3Serve as a dip or on sandwiches. Thin with vinegar, water or oil to use as a salad dressing or marinade.
