We like the taste of different seasoning, Since i was a child my mother was a herb fanatic.. She didn't believe i salt and pepper. She wanted us to taste the food of many cultures.. So she started with herbs....

  • 1/2 c
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    each dried sage and beef bouillon granules
  • 1 Tbsp
    each coarse salt, cornstarch, onion powder and garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make Greek Seasoning


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl;mix well. Pour into 1/2 pint food storage jar with tight-fitting lid.
