  • 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped black olives

How To Make greek feta and olive spread

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients except chopped olives in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Blend in the olives with a spoon.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate until serving.
