Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c
    boneless chicken breast, fully-cooked, cooled, shredded & chopped
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    frank's® hot sauce
  • 1/2 c
    prepared blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 c
    prepared buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper, ground

How to Make Game Day Buffalo Chicken Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, coat shredded chicken, crumbled blue cheese and green onions with frank's® hot sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in sour cream, then the ricotta, then the dressings. Transfer to serving bowl and chill in refrigerator for one hour minimum.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, seasoned mini toasts, celery & carrots. Score!
