- 2 1/2 cups boneless chicken breast, fully-cooked, cooled, shredded & chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup frank's® hot sauce
- 1/2 cup prepared blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup prepared buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup green onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
How To Make game day buffalo chicken dip

Step 1In a mixing bowl, coat shredded chicken, crumbled blue cheese and green onions with frank's® hot sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Step 2Fold in sour cream, then the ricotta, then the dressings. Transfer to serving bowl and chill in refrigerator for one hour minimum.
