- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup lite sour cream
- 1 cup lite cool whip
- 1 package small sugar free vanilla pudding mix

Step 1Put all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a blender. Chill for at least an hour and serve with fruit. Very refreshing and healthy! (as a side note, you can also use Banana or Lemon as an alternate flavor.)
