feta cheese dip
I got this a while ago from a grilling book. The only thing I do different is where it calls for salt, I use garlic salt.

Ingredients
- DIP:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- - ground black pepper (to taste)
- VEGETABLES: (TO BE GRILLED)
- 1 - red pepper, cut in 1 inch squares
- 1 - green pepper, cut in 1 inch squares
- 2 - onions, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 18 - cherry tomatoes
- 18 - button mushrooms
- 1 - zucchini, cut in 1 inch cubes
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
How To Make feta cheese dip

Step 1DIP:

Step 2Mix all of the ingredients for the dip in a bowl. Set in the fridge and let chill until needed.

Step 3VEGETABLES:

Step 4Heat the grill (about 10-15 min.)

Step 5While the grill is heating up, put all of the vegetables onto skewer, alternating the veggies. (If you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them before grilling.)

Step 6Brush the veggies with some olive oil and add the salt and pepper.

Step 7Grill the vegetables on medium heat until done, turning the skewers as needed.

Step 8Serve the grilled vegetables straight from the grill with the Feta Cheese Dip and enjoy!
