Our mums rustic guacamole,a colorful,chunky textured dip bursting with fresh flavors and a hint of spice,great to spread on U favorite burger for an extra special treat.

Ingredients

  • - juice of 1 spanish lime
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 - finely diced tomatoes,seeds removed
  • 2 - spring onions,finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley,chopped
  • 3 - firm-ripe avocados,chopped
  • 1 - chopped red chili,seeds removed
  • - salt and freshly ground black pepper

How To Make family heirloom-rustic guacamole

  • Step 1
    mix the lime and lemon juices,the spring onion,chopped chili and diced tomatoes.
  • Step 2
    add the chopped avocados and gently fold all the ingredients,slightly crushing the avocados.
  • Step 3
    season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Step 4
    serve with nachos or as a dip.
