- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, or more, if you want it hotter
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes, drained, and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 dash hot sauce, i prefer frank’s
- OPTIONAL ITEMS
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced, for garnish

Step 2You can make your own prepared horseradish, or you can pick it up at the store. Be advised that homemade is about twice as strong as store-bought versions, and lasts about 3 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. Prepared horseradish is basically grated horseradish root, preserved with a bit of salt and white vinegar.

Step 3Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

Step 4Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
