easy salsa
(1 RATING)
This is a super easy recipe to make large batches of salsa without all the chopping! My kids and I munch on tortillas & this salsa daily when I have it on hand.

- 1 large white or yellow onion quartered
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

How To Make easy salsa
-
Step 1Dump it all in a blender or food processor, give it a good grind for a few seconds, pour up in storage containers and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to get all the flavors good and acquainted. Serve with tortilla chips, over eggs, use in your favorite Mexican recipe. This is NOT a chunky salsa, so kids love it and won't be picking things out!
