Ingredients

3 can(s)fire roasted tomatoes lightly drained

1 can(s)diced tomatoes with chilies lightly drained

1 largewhite or yellow onion quartered

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 tspsalt or more to taste---i like about 2 tsps

1-2 tspdried cilantro or handful of chopped fresh cilantro

2 Tbsplime juice, fresh or bottled

·tobasco or canned jalepenos to desired heat & taste
How to Make Easy Salsa
- Dump it all in a blender or food processor, give it a good grind for a few seconds, pour up in storage containers and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to get all the flavors good and acquainted. Serve with tortilla chips, over eggs, use in your favorite Mexican recipe. This is NOT a chunky salsa, so kids love it and won't be picking things out!
