Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup chinese plum sauce
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup apple butter or jelly
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (or regular chili sauce)

How To Make duck sauce (sallye)

  • Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients together over low heat until well blended. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will last several months if kept refrigerated.
